Emergency Food Access

Photo by DoloresGiraldez/iStock / Getty Images

Our team quickly pulled together the Emergency Food Access page below, compiling information of meal sites, restaurants, organization and other businesses in the District to make sure families have the access to food and other necessities during the Covid-19 pandemic.

We continue to work with D.C. Public School’s Food and Nutrition Services and other local organizations throughout the Greater Washington Area to determine the needs and how our organization will continue to help families in our partner schools and beyond. You can find more information and donate here

If you are a school administrator, teacher, parent or someone who knows a family who may need help accessing food, please forward them this information or reach out to us at dcfoodproject@gmail.com.

With our thanks to all who are helping those who need it most during this difficult time,

DC Food Project Team
